We are packing our bags and heading for the Gunpowder River Artfest on June 2. I can't believe our favorite festival is already in its third year. I've been designing and illustrating the promotional material for this festival since its inception (pat on back). Every year I focus on a different idea, and this year my focus was "handmade." So much of what goes into this festival is real, handmade, beautifully-crafted work, and I love that. This year Andrea Kalfas and I collaborated. She's a designer at Spur and can paint some really lovely type. So here is what we came up with...
Yep, it's a crazy chicken-hand. I hope to see you there! We will have lots of art to share, including some brand new prints.
