Miracle on 34th Street

Best Baltimore tradition ever? The lights at Christmas on 34th street in Hampden. Dave and I used to stroll down from our apartment when we lived in the neighborhood. Now, it's a bit of a drive, but totally worth it. I parked two blocks away on Keswick and made the kids close their eyes as we rounded the corner for the big reveal.

It's just as wonderful as ever and I don't know if I have ever seen the kids' eyes light up quite like this before. Make sure to stop by the BARCS booth for hot chocolate and treats. All donations support the Baltimore Animal and Care Shelter.
